Most people are terrified to speak in front of others, whether they are speaking in meetings, interviewing or delivering an important speech. Unfortunately, companies do not provide the necessary skills needed to be an effective communicator. This workshop is designed to help anyone at any level. If you are getting ready to present in front of a group of 5 or an audience of 100, you will learn the skills needed to overcome your fears, speak with confidence, deliver a memorable presentation and most importantly, improve your confidence.

This workshop will teach you to:

• Overcome the fear of speaking
• “Wow” your audience
• Make your presentation memorable
• Gain confidence in your ability to communicate

	Mr. Dan G. Sprinkle, A.A.E., MBA Principal Owner Sprinkle Aviation L.L.C. Highlands Ranch, CO Dan Sprinkle is the Principal Owner of Sprinkle Aviation, LLC, providing aviation related training and consulting services to a wide variety of clients. Dan has more than 30 years working in Aviation and remains very active in the industry. He performs Executive-Level Recruiting as a Senior Project Manager for ADK Consulting & Executive Search and provides a variety of training services for the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). Dan is an Adjunct Professor for the Metropolitan State University in Denver, Colorado teaching the Certified Member (C.M.) course to senior-level students. He recently retired from the City and County of Denver as the Vice President of Operations and enjoyed a great career of 25 years at the Denver International Airport. Prior to joining the City and County of Denver, Dan worked in various sectors of the Aviation Industry to include Airlines, Airports, FBO’s, Research and the U.S. Air Force. His formal education includes an MBA from Regis University, a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University and an Airframe and Powerplant license from the FAA. Through AAAE, he completed the ACE Operations course, the C.M. and successfully obtained the credentials as an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.). Dan enjoys coaching and mentoring colleagues in the industry and provides a variety of workshops to include Effective Public Speaking, Job Targeting, Resume Writing and Interviewing. Dan has Executive-Level training and experience in Airports and has managed large groups of employees and large, complex budgets. Dan is a well-known public speaker for the industry speaking at Conferences, Luncheons, Airports and Universities. His public speaking career has awarded him the opportunity to speak in locations throughout the United States and the World. He performs sub-contract work for a variety of Aviation Consulting Firms and remains active with the Airport Cooperative Research Program as a subject matter expert.
