Kelly Campbell is the Executive Director of Aviation at Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport (LBB). Kelly graduated from Texas Tech University in 1997 and began employment with LBB in March of 2001 as the airport accountant. In September 2003, she was promoted to Deputy Director and in April 2014 became Executive Director. Kelly is active with both the national organization the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and the South Central Chapter (SCC) of AAAE. Kelly also serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Commercial Airports Association.

Lance Lamkin, A.A.E. is the Airport Director for the University of Oklahoma Max Westheimer Airport. He has earned a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business, and Air Traffic Control as well as recently received a Master’s in Aerospace Administration and Logistics. An Oklahoma native, Lance serves on the Oklahoma Airport Operators Association as Secretary. As a way to develop future leaders, Lance teaches Aviation Management at the University of Oklahoma and serves as the faculty advisor for the Sooner Chapter of AAAE. For AAAE, he serves on the Academic Relations Committee, US Contract Tower Committee, and the Young Professionals Committee as Vice Chair. He is the chair of the South-Central AAAE membership committee.
