BUILDING ACCESS AND COVID PROTOCOL
Visitor parking is located on the ramp to the underground garage, next to the main entrance on St. Asaph Street. AAAE is a secure building so you will need to ring the doorbell for entry. Once in the first-floor lobby, please be prepared to sign-in at the kiosk and note that you will be asked a series of symptom and exposure questions related to COVID-19 including whether or not you have been vaccinated. Your responses will determine your ability to enter the building. Once the sign-in process is complete, having been notified of your ability to enter, the AAAE staff person you are visiting will be notified and will then come meet you in the lobby to escort you around the building.
To avoid an issue with being admitted to the building please do not come to the building if you are not vaccinated or if you are experiencing, or within the 10 days prior have experienced, symptoms associated with COVID-19. You also should not come to the building if you believe that you may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by any government, state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for your treatment. In addition, you should self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and are asked to contact AAAE if you experience symptoms of COVID-19 or test positive for the COVID-19 virus within 10 days after participating in the event. Any private health or personal data that may be received by AAAE in connection with such measures and precautions will be treated as confidentially as possible.
