AAAE Conference Center

The AAAE Conference Center specializes in distinctive customer service and innovative amenities in a newly built space and an ideal location for workshops, seminars, and executive business meetings and small executive board functions. Our intimate scale means that your group will enjoy undivided attention from our meeting concierge and AV team.

Opened in January 2012, AAAE's Conference Center is located in Old Town Alexandria just three blocks from the Potomac River. Our space offers easy access to local restaurants, shopping and many DC and VA attractions. The AAAE Conference Center offers the perfect alternative to holding your meeting in a traditional hotel space.

Housed within AAAE headquarters, we provide unparalleled privacy and the experience of our friendly and knowledgeable meeting staff who plan over 90 meetings for AAAE throughout the year.

We are easily accessible from two major area airports and close to major transit options including Metro, VRE and Amtrak.

Meeting Space

The AAAE Conference Center is located on the third floor of the AAAE Headquarters Building. The newly renovated center was designed with the best possible meeting experience in mind. The handsome new space features a wall of windows to allow for natural light, modern décor and comfortable seating to welcome your attendees. 

The flexible meeting space allows multiple set-up arrangements including conference, hollow square, U-shape, theater, pods and classroom. Each table is equipped with a built in power source.
