Heba joined the AAAE team in May 2022 as Vice President of Global Operations. Before joining, she worked extensively in international education and in the diplomatic sector. She has over twenty years of experience in non-profit in Domestic and international program management. She worked at various Embassies including Bahrain, British and Oman in Washington DC. Heba has also served as the Director of International Projects and Business Development at the International Road Federation. She has a strong business development background working with businesses, academics, and membership organizations. Heba is bilingual and fluent in Arabic. She has been involved in several training opportunities, planned conferences and events.
