Construction planning is a meticulous process that requires input from multiple parties in order to be successful, and this process is evolving in the post-pandemic world. Logistical challenges, soaring costs, and material shortages have introduced new challenges in the construction planning process. This workshop will focus on these construction challenges and provide guidance on how to navigate them.
As careers progress and leadership changes, junior employees begin to transition into mid-level ones. This transition usually requires more responsibility and leadership. With that said, what are the tools necessary to prepare for this change and what can be worked on? This workshop intends to dive into these very things.
Young professionals can be trained on many things to help them thrive in the workplace, but oftentimes there are gaps in those training plans. Developing technical proposals and scope of work documents are ones that should be heavily emphasized because of how frequently they are used. This interactive workshop provides an in-depth review of technical proposals, the important information contained within them, and the proper way to develop them.
