Continuing Education Credits/Hours

For all other education credits, those attending the three-day 2023 ACC/AAAE Airport Planning, Design & Construction Symposium are eligible to earn 11.50 PDH, CM or LU/HSW credits/hours. As a registered/approved continuing education provider, ACC will report attendance and PDH, CM, and LU/HSW credits/hours for registrants meeting the outlined accreditation criteria.

To earn the 11.50 credits/hours, participants will need to both meet – and complete – the following accreditation criteria:

• Be a paid registrant for the entire three-day 2023 Symposium 
• Attend all sessions on March 1, 2, and 3. Credits/hours are not issued for partial attendance – all educational sessions must be attended; and
• Complete and submit by March 24, 2023 the attendance verification and evaluation survey found in the ACC Training Hub. 

ACCESS TO REQUIRED ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION/EVALUATION SURVEY
Surveys can be found after 2 p.m. on Friday, March 3, participants can log-in to their ACC Training Hub user account (or create a first-time user account) at training.acconline.org to complete the required accreditation documentation.

DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF ACCREDITATION CRITERIA
Participants must complete the required accreditation criteria (the attendance verification survey AND the evaluation survey) in the ACC Training Hub by 8:00 p.m. EST on Friday, March 24, 2023 to earn the 11.5 PDH, CM or LU/HSW credits/hours. Note: ACC will not be offering the opportunity to claim the credits after March 24, 2023, ACC will issue any credits/hours for the 2023 Symposium to those completing and meeting the outlined requirements above within 30 days of the event. 

RECEIVING PDH CREDITS/CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
ACC reports attendance and PDH credits for eligible participants directly to RCEP.net within 30 days of conclusion of the 2023 Symposium. Participants will receive an automated email directly from RCEP/ACEC with notification of reporting of attendance/PDH credits by ACC. Participants can then log-in to their RCEP account and download/print a copy of their certificate of completion. If the participant does not have an existing account with RCEP, one is automatically created for them when ACC reports Symposium attendance/PDH credits. The automated email sent to the participant from RCEP will include details on how to log-in to their new account, along with a temporary account password. PLEASE NOTE: ACC does not have access to the RCEP account of any participant, nor information on account passwords. Participants will need to contact RCEP directly at (202) 347-7474 for assistance, or can visit RCEP.net, enter their work email address in the log-in, and click "Forgot Password."

PARTICIPANTS MUST SELF-REPORT CM CREDITS TO APA
Attendees holding the AICP professional designation must self-report their eligible CM credits to the American Planning Association (APA) Course #9263025 for participating in the 2023 Symposium. 

RECEIVING LU/HSW HOURS
ACC reports attendance and LU/HSW hours for eligible AIA members directly to AIA CES Course #ACCSYMP2023 within ten (10) business days of the conclusion of the 2023 Symposium. AIA certificates of completion are available upon request through March 24, 2023 by contacting [email protected].
