Carl Braley, A.A.E., A.S.E. Assistant Director - Operations and Facilities (Retired) Manchester-Boston Regional Airport Carlton E Braley Jr was the Assistant Director – Operations and Facilities at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, Manchester NH. He began his career for the City of Manchester Department of Aviation April 1994. Carlton is an Accredited Airport Executive, and is a member of the North East Chapter AAAE Executive Committee currently holding the position of President. Carlton is the Academic Chairman for the International Aviation Snow Symposium, (IASS) Committee. He chaired the development of the International Snow Academies. Mr. Braley is also one of AAAE's Basic and Advanced ASOS Schools instructor.
