JFK Terminal 4 Adds Four Local Dining Options

JFK

Four new dining options are now open at John F. Kennedy  International’s Terminal 4 — FIELDTRIP, Bessou, Chopt and Dos Toros Taqueria. FIELDTRIP was founded by James Beard Award  winning Chef JJ Johnson. It is a fast-casual concept centered around rice. This location is its first in an airport, expanding its footprint from Harlem and its outpost at Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Bessou was founded in 2016 by New York City  native Maiko Kyogoku. It began as a neighborhood restaurant in Manhattan’s East Village and is named after the Japanese word for “home away from home.” The brand has evolved into a fast-casual format at the James Beard Foundation’s Food Hall at Pier 57. Chopt is a national salad chain that began in New York City and Dos Toros Taqueria has a mission to bring San Francisco Mission-style taqueria classics to the East Coast.
