What's Ahead for Emerging Airport Professionals in the PM/CM Track
As an avid global traveler that builds aviation gateways to wanderlust, I am honored and excited to be the Young Professional Track Host for Project Management/Construction Management (PM/CM) at the 2026 Airport Planning, Design, & Construction Symposium. I have always found joy in exploring new cities, cultures, landmarks, and food scenes, and I cannot wait to explore Indianapolis for the first time at this year’s conference. As an aviation builder, I’m privileged to translate blueprints into physical structures that launch my personal travel adventures.
At the 2026 Symposium, my co-lead, Track Host Kevin Farley, and I aim to present fresh techniques and explore strategies to build active and complex aviation environments. These past few months, we have worked diligently with industry experts representing airports, designers, builders, and consultants to showcase a diversity of thought-leadership in our five sessions for the PM/CM Track.

🔹 ORAT Unlocked: The Hidden Engine Behind Smooth Airport Openings – Discover how structured ORAT programs connect every airport function and lead to seamless openings.
🔹 Building Bridges: Collaboration with Airport Operations and Airline Leadership – Learn practical ways to earn trust, build buy-in, and align your project with operational priorities.
🔹 Demystifying CMAR Preconstruction for Vertical Airport Construction – Explore how early CM engagement improves budget accuracy, constructability, and sustainability outcomes.
🔹 Jet Fuel for Teams: Powering Airport Projects Through Culture & Collaboration – See how structured Partnering drives collaboration, performance, and measurable ROI.
🔹 One Vision, One Team: Inside the LGA Terminal C Project – A powerful case study on how teamwork and adaptability turned one of aviation’s toughest challenges into a success
Whether it’s your first or tenth time attending Symposium, I highly recommend joining our team in Indianapolis on March 4-6, 2026, to engage in these incredible sessions, while taking the opportunity to network with aviation industry peers!
