The Airport Consortium on Transformation (ACT) is our innovation program that unites airport leaders and corporate partners to address key aviation challenges through innovation and collaboration.

This cooperation enhances operational efficiency and passenger experience, solidifying ACT's status as a leader in airport innovation.

ACT CEO Steering Group

The ACT CEO Steering Group, comprised of executives from each participating ACT airport, serves as the guiding force behind the strategic direction of the Airport Consortium on Transformation. These airport leaders bring unique insights from their respective operations and collaborate closely to shape the Consortium’s overarching vision

AAAE’s Airport Consortium on Transformation (ACT) is focused on uniting industry members to generate actionable insights and solutions to address some of aviation’s most pressing challenges. As part of this effort, the ACT program will convene in person in Denver to help accelerate the development timelines of several key industry reports. These working sessions will be led by corporate leadership teams who will provide status updates and facilitate collaborative discussions. Broad participation from both airport and corporate members is strongly encouraged, as their input is critical to ensuring these deliverables reflect diverse perspectives and provide meaningful value to the industry.
