98th Annual AAAE Conference & Exposition Exhibit Information

The Annual AAAE Conference & Exposition offers unparalleled opportunities to brand your company as the elite in your field. Booth Fees

Standard booth size is 100 sq. ft or 10’x10’. Corner fees apply when applicable for $500 per corner. 10’x20’ spaces will be charged two corner fees. Booth includes standard drapery, one identification sign, and two full-conference registrations per every 100 sq. ft. occupied. Discounts are available for spaces 300 sq. ft. or larger.

These companies or individuals are known to constantly change their company and domain names, and may impersonate official AAAE email signatures, so we encourage you to pay special attention to anyone soliciting on behalf of AAAE. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any other organization or individual other than AAAE and its staff is NOT authorized by AAAE and may have inaccurate room inventory, unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.

Note that the only truly authorized information concerning the 98th Annual AAAE Conference & Exposition will come directly from AAAE and will be accessible through our website. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to aaaemeetings@aaae.org. Please also note that AAAE does not sell any attendee roster lists, so do not get tricked into paying anyone for that information.
