New Restaurant Open at Denver International

Denver International has marked the opening of two new restaurants — Osteria Marco on Concourse B and Santo on Concourse C. Osteria Marco offers a chef-driven, artisan approach to Italian cuisine. It is part of Bonanno Concepts, a Denver-based restaurant group led by sixteen-time James Beard-nominated Chef Frank Bonanno. Santo is inspired by chef and owner Hosea Rosenberg’s childhood home in Taos, N.M. The restaurant offers a
modern twist on Northern New Mexican cuisine.

Local Restaurant to Open at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International

Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International has announced that local restaurant VV The Italian Experience will open at the Kentucky airport in early 2026, near Gate B17. Part of the Cincinnati food scene since 2023, VV The Italian Experience was described by the Cincinnati Enquirer as “the most quintessentially modern Italian restaurant Greater Cincinnati has ever seen.”

Three Restaurants Open at Raleigh-Durham International

Raleigh-Durham International (RDU) recently held a ribbon cutting to mark the official opening of three new restaurants at the North Carolina airport. The new restaurants, local Italian deli Bongiorno & Son, Dunkin’ and Guy’s Pizza Joint from Chef Guy Fieri, are among more than a dozen new concepts that will open their doors in Terminals 1 and 2 through 2026.

Native American-Owned Restaurant Opens at Albuquerque International Sunport

Indian Pueblo Kitchen (IPK) is now open at Albuquerque International Sunport, one of only a few Native American
owned businesses with a presence in a U.S. airport. Owned by New Mexico’s 19 Pueblo tribes, IPK offers travelers an authentic Indigenous dining experience. IPK’s menu features traditional dishes such as red and green chile stews, blue corn breads and Kool-Aid fried pickle chips, all prepared with locally sourced ingredients and inspired by Pueblo traditions.
