The Port of Seattle has named Christopher Wimsatt, C.M., as its new chief financial officer. In his new role, Wimsatt will oversee the port’s financial reporting and management of its annual operating budget and five-year
capital plan. Most recently, he served as assistant director of airports for the Sacramento County Airport System.

The Ontario International Airport Authority in California has named Alex Castillo, C.M., as concessions and ground transportation manager. In his new role, Castillo will be responsible for driving revenue growth across key business lines, including concessions, parking and ground transportation at Ontario International. Most recently, he served as the airport operations manager for Hollywood Burbank Airport.

The County of Ventura (Calif.) has named Erin Powers as deputy director of airports, business and administration. In her new role, Powers will oversee critical administrative functions that support the operations of Camarillo and Oxnard Airports, including project and construction management, lease and contract administration, financial oversight and human resources. She has worked for the County of Ventura Department of Airports since 2005, most recently serving as projects and programs administrator.

The Greenville–Spartanburg Airport District (GSP) has named Cody Bauman, A.A.E., as vice president and chief
operating officer. In his new role, Bauman will lead the district’s operations, facilities and asset management and public safety functions, including police and fire. As a part of GSP’s executive leadership team, Bauman will ensure regulatory compliance and safe daily operations, develop and administer the airport’s rules, regulations
and minimum standards. Most recently, he served the district as the director of properties and the director of operations.

The City of Boulder, Colo. has named Eric Vences as airport manager. In his new role, Vences will lead Boulder Municipal, overseeing daily operations, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability and community engagement. Most recently, he was assistant terminal operations manager for Denver International.

The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority has named Zachary D. Blair as assistant vice president and associate authority counsel. Before joining the airport authority, Blair served as a senior analyst at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where he drafted and negotiated complex agreements related to infrastructure
and real estate, developed departmental policies and regulations and counseled on compliance with federal aviation standards.

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority has named Keith Autry as vice president for engineering and Washington Dulles International capital programs. Autry joined the airports authority in 2022 as deputy vice president for capital construction at Dulles. In his new and expanded role, he will oversee major capital
development projects to expand passenger capacity and rehabilitate infrastructure at Dulles International.
