Minneapolis-St. Paul International Plans Largest Ever Concessions Redevelopment
MSP
The Metropolitan Airports Commission has announced that Minneapolis-St. Paul International (MSP) will undergo its most significant concessions redevelopment in more than a decade to open 47 new venues across its two terminals by 2029. A request for proposals has been released outlining the redevelopment of 80,000 square feet — 40 percent of MSP’s total concessions program — for food, beverage, retail, news and convenience and spa venues.

Local Restaurant Opens at Reagan National
DCA
Busboys and Poets, a popular Washington, D.C. spot that blends food, culture and community, has opened a new location at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The new dining option is located in DCA’s Concourse D with a full-service restaurant, bar and express service. The original Busboys and Poets,
located at 14th and V Streets NW in Washington, was founded in 2005 by local artist-restaurateur Andy Shallal. The name is inspired by the poet Langston Hughes, who once worked as a busboy in Washington, D.C. Today there are eight locations across Washington, Maryland and Virginia.
