Mark Papko, A.A.E., has been named as airport director for Dane County, Wisc. In his new position, Papko will be responsible for the overall management, operation, security, maintenance and development of Dane County Regional. Most recently, he served as director of operations and projects for the Duluth Airport Authority.
The Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) in Arizona has named Mike N. Williams, A.A.E., C.A.E., as vice president and chief development officer. In his new role, Williams will join TAA’s executive team and oversee the Airport Development Department, including land use planning, noise programs, environmental management, engineering and architectural project development and development of major maintenance and capital improvement programs. Most recently, he represented FAA as the manager of the Phoenix Airport District Office.
The Greenville–Spartanburg Airport District has named Kent Bontrager, A.A.E., P.E., as vice president and chief planning and development officer. In his new role, Bontrager will lead the strategic planning and development initiatives for the Airport District, including management of the airport’s capital improvement program and other major capital projects.
The Town of Addison, Texas has named Jaime Edrosa, C.M., as the new director of Addison Airport. In his new role, Edrosa will oversee the operations and strategic development of the airport. He most recently served as aviation division manager at Cincinnati Municipal Airport.
Ryan Kaspari has been named deputy director of capital development for the City of Palm Springs, Calif. In his new role, Kaspari will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Aviation Capital Program Division at Palm Springs International, ensuring efficient project execution, personnel management and strategic oversight. Most recently, he was executive director of Mission Support for the Minnesota Air National Guard.
The Memphis Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) has promoted Nichole Love to director of human resources. In her new role, Love will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits and talent development. Love has been a member of the MSCAA team for eight years, previously serving as the assistant director of human resources.
The Cape Cod Gateway Airport Commission has named Michael Nelson, who has been serving as interim airport manager, as airport manager. Nelson joined the Cape Cod Gateway Airport Commission in March 2025 to serve as interim assistant airport manager.
Clark County, Nev. has appointed James C. Chrisley, ACE, C.M., as the next director of aviation for the Clark County Department of Aviation, which oversees Harry Reid International in Las Vegas, Henderson Executive Airport, North Las Vegas Airport, Jean Sport Aviation Center and Overton-Perkins Field. Chrisley most recently served the Clark County Department of Aviation as senior director.
Henrietta Brown A.A.E., MBA, has been named as assistant director of administration for Cleveland Hopkins International. In her new role, Brown will oversee human resources, legislative affairs, legal and information technology. Most recently, she was deputy director of aviation at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International.
Nebraska’s Lincoln Airport Authority has named Michael Griffin, A.A.E., as director of operations and maintenance. In his new role, Griffin will manage airfield operations, facility and grounds maintenance, emergency response and security functions for Lincoln Airport. He will also be responsible for the airport’s airport safety certification and risk management programs. Most recently, he served as airport director for Fort Smith Regional in Arkansas.
Daniel Brown has been named as director of operations for the Eastern Iowa Airport. In his new role, Brown will be responsible for overseeing the environmental, facilities, maintenance, operations and safety functions of the airport. Most recently, he was vice president, facility management for Nashville International.
