Mindy Price’s professional experience spans more than 25 years of consulting, coaching, change management and enterprise level organizational leadership. Mindy’s approach to the analysis of business operations includes reviewing people, processes and technologies and has proven results in increasing employee engagement, improving processes and reducing waste. The outcomes are quantifiable to demonstrate the return on investment.
Mindy has spoken at many national conferences on leadership, management, change management, communication, and strategy. She has led research projects to identify needs in leadership development and enterprise level programs which resulted in the publication of multiple guidebooks. These guidebooks include facilitation materials, in-depth case studies for analysis, tools for application and guided activities for learning.
She has demonstrated strong organizational assessment, design and development expertise coupled with change management discipline. She uses these competencies through delivery of strategic planning, strategy execution, project management, training, coaching, and organization design.
