About the Course
This interactive 3-hour webinar provides airport and aviation stakeholders with an inside look into the operational foundation of Air Traffic Control through the lens of FAA Order 7110.65 — commonly referred by Adam Calderas as “The Air Traffic Control Bible.”
The training is designed to bridge the gap between Air Traffic Control and airport operators by helping attendees better understand:
· How controllers think and operate
· Why standard phraseology matters
· The operational importance of accurate readbacks
· What ATC expects from pilots, vehicle operators, and airport personnel
· How communication breakdowns can create elevated safety risk on the airfield
· The importance of why now is a critical time to understand runway safety
Rather than focusing solely on regulatory language, this session translates complex ATC procedures into practical, real-world operational understanding relevant to airports and airfield stakeholders.
