About the Conference

The Federal Aviation Administration Contract Tower (FCT) Program has provided essential air traffic services to smaller airports around the country for four decades. Today, 264 airports in 46 states participate in this successful and cost-effective program, which has strong bipartisan and bicameral support in Congress.

In partnership with the U.S. Contract Tower Association (USCTA), we are excited to be hosting the USCTA Annual Conference from July 17-18, in Washington, DC. Airport management at contract tower airports, officials from airports interested in joining the FCT Program, air traffic control-related companies, and other aviation stakeholders should not miss this special opportunity to learn more about this public-private partnership.

Topics will include prospects for increased federal funding for the FCT Program in Fiscal Year 2025, how the pending FAA reauthorization bill will impact contract tower airports, and efforts to address controller staffing challenges. Attendees will also have a chance to interact with FAA officials and key lawmakers at this must-attend event.
