Security Policy Alert: TSA Issues Final ASP Amendment on Centralized Revocation Database

TSA has informed AAAE that, as expected, the Executive Assistant Administrator for Operations Support Stacey Fitzmaurice has signed the the national amendment to Airport Security Programs and the Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program authorizing use of the Centralized Revocation Database.
In addition, TSA will add a new conference to the HSIN board for a universal Privacy Act Statement that may be used for the Security Directive 1542-04-08 series and the Centralized Revocation Database.
TSA expects the final ASP amendment and Privacy Act Statement to be posted to HSIN by January 25, 2021.
TSA will also host additional informational briefings on the Centralized Revocation Database
on Tuesday, January 26 and Wednesday, February 3 at 3:00 p.m. ET. AAAE will provide the TSA log-in information prior to the informational briefings. TSA is preparing a Questions & Answers document based on questions raised during the informational briefings.
