AAAE has requested that TSA discuss the elimination of FY24 funding for the Law Enforcement Officer reimbursement agreement program and stipends for state and local-led canine teams and the impact it will have on existing Other Transactional Agreements, Statement of Joint Objectives and Memorandum of Understanding.  AAAE continues to advocate for restoration of this funding in FY25 and your input on this survey will greatly help our efforts on Capitol Hill.
