Important Information About Your Booth Display

AAAE abides by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations regarding booth construction, signage, etc. We follow the Line-of-Sight Style.

To help avoid unexpected costs or delays — including redesign fees or the removal of non-compliant structures onsite — exhibitors are encouraged to obtain written approval before beginning fabrication or production of their booth display. Written approval is required for all booths 400 sq. ft. or larger and is strongly recommended for all booth sizes.
