Sponsorship Information

The symposium is geared for airport professionals involved in planning, environmental issues, architecture, engineering, program and construction management, security, IT, and airport operations. In 2025, we had more than 1,900 representatives from airports, consulting firms, construction companies, industry suppliers, airlines, and government agencies.

 

Hospitality Events

In order to host a hospitality event at any venue in conjunction with the Symposium, you must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Exhibit with a 10’ x 10’ booth or larger
  • Sponsor an event or item valued at $6,500+

  • Complimentary conference registrations starting at bronze wings level.

  • Attendee roster: Bronze sponsors and above will receive the roster of attendees, with full contact information, in Excel format starting January 14, 2026. (Exclusive benefit to sponsors and exhibitors)
