Experience a true Tulsa welcome with an evening of BBQ, music, rooftop views and Oklahoma hospitality at SOMA at the Brut Hotel.
We'll have SOMA all to ourselves for the evening, giving you the perfect setting to connect with fellow airport social media professionals while enjoying drinks and dessert. The restaurant has plenty of lovely vegan and gluten free options available in addition to the classic BBQ buffet.
After dinner inside, guests will have the option to relax on the rooftop patio, take in the downtown skyline and river views, or hit the dance floor with two-step and line dancing lessons led by Giddy-Up Two-Step. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or trying it for the first time, everyone's welcome to join the fun.
Want to lean into the theme? Dust off those cowboy boots hiding in the back of your closet or treat yourself to your first pair. Western, Americana and vintage Route 66-inspired attire is encouraged, but completely optional.

Cancellation Policy: Registrations, cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. All cancellation requests for registrations received on or before Friday, August 7, 2026, are subject to a $125 cancellation processing fee; approved refunds will be processed after the meeting takes place. There will be no refunds of any kind after this date. Cancellations with outstanding invoices received within two weeks of the start of the conference, will require full payment on the balance due. Refunds will not be provided, and balance dues will not be forgiven for no-shows. Substitutions within the same conference will be accepted without penalties. The difference between member and non-member price will be charged if a non-member replaces a member. Substitutions will be accepted with a written request to AAAEmeetings@aaae.org. The individual substituting for the original registrant is responsible for all financial obligations (balance due; difference in fees due to membership type) associated with that substitution. For all inquiries regarding cancellations, refunds and substitutions, please contact the AAAE Meetings Department at 703.824.0500 or email AAAEmeetings@aaae.org. By submitting a completed registration form, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the cancellation policy. Please note failure to receive a confirmation letter before an event will not be grounds for a refund or credit.
NOTE: AAAE reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event if the number of registrants is insufficient; due to acts of God; or any other reason beyond AAAE’s control. In this event, we will notify all registrants and credit the full registration fee towards another AAAE meeting, product or service. However, any costs incurred by the registrant, such as hotel cancellation or airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant. Confirmation letters will be emailed to attendees within two weeks of receipt of registration. However, if you have not received a confirmation email two business days prior to the meeting, and you enrolled at least two weeks prior to the meeting, please contact the AAAE Meetings Department at 703.824.0500 or AAAEmeetings@aaae.org. Accredited Airport Executives (A.A.E.s): This course is worth 12 credits in the AAAE Continuing Airport Management Education Unit (CEU) program.

AAAE MEDIA ACCESS POLICY
The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) reserves the right to grant at its sole discretion access to TV, radio and print media organizations or individuals that have registered and received prior authorization from AAAE at least 72 hours prior to an AAAE event they wish to cover. Due to the sensitive nature of some discussions, not all sessions at some AAAE events will be open to media. AAAE retains the sole right to grant or refuse media access for any event or section of an event it operates.

All conference programming, unless otherwise noted, will be held at Hyatt Regency Tulsa located at 100 East Second Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74103.
For your convenience, a block of rooms has been made available and all attendees will receive a rate of $124 per night (single/double). The last day to receive this discounted rate is Monday, August 3, 2026. Rooms may sell out before this date, so be sure to make your reservation today!

ARRIVING BY AIR: Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown is located about 8 miles from Tulsa International Airport and approximately 13 minutes via taxi/cab or rideshare, depending on traffic.
- COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE: Hyatt Regency provides a complimentary 24-hour, round-trip shuttle between Tulsa International Airport and the hotel. The shuttle departs the hotel every 30 minutes beginning a the top of the hour. To arrange airport pickup, please call the hotel for pickup instruction.

We have selected topics for the upcoming AAAE Airport Social Media Summit, and with your vast experience in airport social media marketing, we're inviting YOU to share your expertise with your airport colleagues this August in Tulsa. Showcase what is new and exciting in your feed this year. From your best campaign to top posts, memes and trends you jumped in on – it’s time to #HumbleBrag. Each airport or organization is invited to submit up to three slides for a 3-5 minute presentation. If more than one person is attending from your airport or organization, please coordinate.
