About the Course
The aviation and transportation industry is undergoing significant changes. Airport managers and transportation professionals are faced with difficult challenges such as economic uncertainty, imminent changes in staff as long-time employees retire and new, younger employees enter the work force, improvements in technology that are changing how air travel will occur. Effective human capital leadership is the key to responding to these changes and to creating a high-performing organization.
Leadership and management skills can be difficult to acquire during a career. This course will introduce participants to new skills and tools that they can use as airport managers, aviation and transportation professionals regardless of the years experienced in leadership roles.
