Speakers at this session will be sharing their views on topics including operating agreements with airports and the terms of those agreements; enforcement mechanisms; and revenue opportunities.  The experiences and views of this session’s audience will be strongly encouraged so be prepared to actively participate.

This session will delve into strategies for optimizing revenue from curbside operations at airports, focusing on the dynamic interplay between various stakeholders in the ground transportation sector. The discussion will examine the ongoing competition for customers, highlighting the differences between transportation network companies (TNCs), P2P, and rental car companies. Participants will explore effective pricing models for curbside drop-off and pick-up zones, as well as the role of concession fees and innovative technologies in driving monetization. With an emphasis on audience engagement, the session will incorporate interactive polling to gather real-time insights on critical topics.
