Exhibit Information

The Annual AAAE Conference & Exposition offers unparalleled opportunities to position your company as a leader in your industry. Connect with more than 2,600 airport and aviation professionals onsite, including 680+ airport attendees representing 265 unique airports. Booth Fees

Standard booth size is 100 sq. ft. or 10' x 10'. Corner fees apply when applicable for $500 per corner. 10' x 20' spaces will be charged two corner fees. Booth includes standard drapery, one identification sign, and two full-conference registrations per every 100 sq. ft. occupied. Discounts are available for spaces 300 sq. ft. or larger.

Important Information About Your Booth Display

AAAE abides by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations regarding booth construction, signage, etc. We follow the Line-of-Sight Style.

To help avoid unexpected costs or delays — including redesign fees or the removal of non-compliant structures onsite — exhibitors are encouraged to obtain written approval before beginning fabrication or production of their booth display. Written approval is required for all booths 400+ sq. ft. and is strongly recommended for all booth sizes.

BEWARE OF POACHERS AND SCAMMERS!

Housing poachers and data scammers pose as representatives of AAAE to solicit hotel reservations and sell unofficial attendee rosters. These companies or individuals are known to constantly change their company and domain names, and may impersonate official AAAE email signatures, so we encourage you to pay special attention to anyone soliciting on behalf of AAAE. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any other organization or individual other than AAAE and its staff is NOT authorized by AAAE and may have inaccurate room inventory, unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.

Note that the only truly authorized information concerning the 98th Annual AAAE Conference & Exposition will come directly from AAAE and will be accessible through our website. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to aaaemeetings@aaae.org. Please also note that AAAE does not sell any attendee roster lists, so do not get tricked into paying anyone for that information.
