U.S. Contract Tower Association
Since 1996, the U.S. Contract Tower Association (USCTA) has been a leading advocate for the FAA’s Contract Tower Program, working to enhance aviation safety and operational efficiency at smaller airports. By representing the interests of contract tower airports, USCTA plays a crucial role in ensuring the continued success of this cost-effective program.
USCTA actively engages with key stakeholders, including Congress, the Department of Transportation, the FAA, the National Transportation Safety Board, the Government Accountability Office, and the DOT Inspector General, to address policy, funding, and regulatory issues affecting contract towers. Through ongoing collaboration and dedicated advocacy, USCTA helps secure critical resources and policy support to maintain and expand safe air traffic control services nationwide.
