Brandon Pernot

Brandon Pernot is the Manager of Business Development, Certifications and Educational Programs at AAAE, where he helps airports and aviation professionals connect with training, certification, and accreditation opportunities that support workforce development and career growth.

Before joining AAAE, Brandon spent more than 13 years in aviation, serving in training, management, and frontline operational roles with two major airlines. He attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, is a licensed pilot, and brings extensive industry experience and a passion for aviation to his role. He lives in Leesburg, Virginia, with his wife.
