Lorena Deleon

 Lorena Deleon joined AAAE in 2026 as the HR/Benefits Manager. Prior to joining AAAE, she built her human resources career supporting government contractors, where she gained experience in recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. She is passionate about improving HR processes and creating a positive workplace experience for employees. She lives in Arlington, Virginia with her dog.
