Megan Eisenstein
Megan Eisenstein is Associate Vice President, Regulatory Affairs for the American Association of Airport Executives. In this role, Megan represents and advocates for AAAE's members before the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and other agencies overseeing the U.S. aviation industry. Prior to joining AAAE, Megan served as the Managing Director of Industry Affairs & Innovation at the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) in Washington, D.C. In this role, Megan was responsible for aviation industry sustainability initiatives and served as the staff liaison to the association's Airport Business, Environment, and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) policy committees. A private pilot with a passion for aviation, Eisenstein previously served as Fleet Manager for a Northern Virginia-based charter operator, where she was responsible for worldwide sales of the company's supermid and heavy jet aircraft. Megan began her career at an aviation consulting firm where she was the manager of the company's auditing business division. Eisenstein earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Aviation Management from Dowling College and a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University. Megan and her husband have two children and live in Northern Virginia.
