Taurion contributed to enhanced operational efficiency and a competitive edge in the realm of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Notably, he played an instrumental role in the Center for Equity and Excellence in Aviation, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at positioning Denver as the premier destination for aviation talent.
Taurion is also deeply committed to community service and youth development. He currently serves as an adult commissioner on the City and County of Denver Mayor’s Youth Commission, using his expertise to empower young leaders and address issues impacting the city's youth. A staunch advocate for employee growth and inclusivity, Taurion embodies a relentless pursuit of self-empowerment and continuously inspires those around him to exceed their own expectations.
Now living in the Washington, D.C. area, Taurion enjoys life with his two dogs and his bearded dragon. He’s passionate about exploring new sites and embracing the beauty of the region, while continuing his journey of growth and leadership both personally and professionally.
