July 2, 2025

Lima, Peru – The Airport Conference of the Americas (COA) 2025, held June 29-July 1, 2025, in Lima, brought together airport executives, government officials, and industry leaders from across Latin America, the Caribbean, the United States, and Canada to explore the evolving landscape of international aviation.

Hosted by the International Association of Airport Executives (IAAE), the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), and the South Central Chapter of AAAE, COA 2025 created a platform for in-depth conversations on infrastructure development, air service and route planning, airport financing, safety and security, and the challenges of managing international gateways in a dynamic global environment.

After two packed days of dynamic discussions, powerful connections, and unforgettable experiences, we’re still riding high from the IAAE/AAAE/South Central Chapter AAAE Airports Conference of the Americas (COA) in Lima.

A heartfelt thank you to Lima Airport Partners, operator of Jorge Chávez International Airport, whose exceptional support elevated this year’s conference—from helping to shape an on-point program and curating top-notch speakers to hosting unforgettable city and airport tours that truly took the event to a new level.

From insightful keynote speeches and engaging panel sessions to a breathtaking tour of the new Jorge Chávez International Airport, COA showcased the strength of our international airport community and its shared commitment to innovation, collaboration, and connectivity.
